What do I get in one scoop?
One level scoop (about 38 g) gives 24 g protein, 3 g creatine, 5.71 g BCAAs and 11.86 g essential amino acids, at about 170 kcal. There are 0 g added sugars and 0 g trans fat.
Is this whey suitable if I get a heavy stomach from protein shakes?
The formula includes a digestive enzyme blend to help break down protein. Note that it is a whey concentrate and contains lactose, so it is not recommended if you are lactose intolerant.
Why is creatine added?
Each serving includes 3 g creatine, a well-studied supplement for strength and power training. If you already take a separate creatine supplement, account for this 3 g in your daily total.
How should I take it?

Both share the same nutrition and amino acid profile. Mystic Chocolate is made with cocoa powder, and Creamy Coffee is made with coffee powder.
